How do I change or cancel my reservation?
After making a booking, you can contact our hotel directly if you want to change or cancel your booking. Depending on the conditions, some bookings can also be cancelled online, in this case you will find instructions on the booking confirmation.

If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 1 day before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Bookings not cancelled 1 day before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. In case of no-show, the price of the first night will be charged.

Is there WIFI available in the hotel?
There is a WIFI network in the hotel.

Is there a public computer available for guests at the reception?
No, there is not a public computer. At the reception they can print boardingpasses and tickets for you.

Are there towels present in the room?
Yes, on every room there a 2 towels per person, which can be changed every day if necessary.

Is there a hairdryer available in the room?
No not in the room, but on request you can borrow a hairdryer at the reception at no extra cost.

Is there a flat-iron available in the room?
No not in the room, but on request you can borrow a flat-iron at the reception at no extra cost.

Does hotel van gelder have a pick-up service available from the airport?
No, from the airport it is very easy to take the train to central station which is 5 minutes from the hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, All rooms are non smoking

Does the hotel have a babybed or extra beds avaialble for in the room?
Yes. At an extra supplement per night we can on request place a babybed in the room and / or if the rooms allows an extra bed.

Is the hotel suitable for disabled persons?
No. There is not an elevator in the hotel and the hotel is based on the 1st floor. Think of multiple steps, no special adjustments on the rooms, narrow corridors and stairs.
